Up The Hill

I recently started doing uphill sprints in my workout 3 days a week as a way to build power, speed, and endurance. The incline makes every step harder, but it also makes me stronger.. just like building StoneMade Athletics.

Starting this business is an uphill climb, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. Every challenge and every setback is part of the process. Just like in training, the only way to get better is to embrace the grind and keep pushing forward. I don’t look for shortcuts, and I don’t back down when things get tough. Whether it’s on the hill or in business, I’m going to outwork, outlast, and keep climbing because I know what’s at the top is worth every daily effort I put in.
